Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, including personalized and made-to-order pieces.

Damaged or incorrect items: if your order arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us on WhatsApp (0797555344) within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the piece or refund it, at no cost to you.

1-year warranty: every LUMERE piece is covered for 1 year from delivery against manufacturing defects (faulty clasp, loose stones, structural breakage). The warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, misuse, loss, or plating discoloration caused by water, perfume, lotions or chemicals.
