We do not accept returns or exchanges, including personalized and made-to-order pieces. Please review your order and personalization details carefully before confirming.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us on WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the piece or refund it, at no cost to you.
1-year warranty
Every LUMERE piece comes with a 1-year warranty from the delivery date, covering manufacturing defects such as a faulty clasp, loose stones or structural breakage. Eligible pieces are repaired or replaced.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, damage from misuse, loss, or discoloration of the plating caused by contact with water, perfume, lotions or chemicals.
Caring for your piece
LUMERE pieces are made of brass with a gold or silver plated finish. To keep the shine, keep them away from water, perfume and lotions, and store each piece in its pouch.
